Discount Codes

If you have received a promotional discount code, this must be input during checkout. We only permit that one code be used at checkout. No codes can be used in conjunction with any other offer. Discount codes cannot be added retrospectively. Offers are non transferable and non redeemable for cash or credit.

We reserve the right to cancel, amend or withdraw discount codes at any time. We reserve the right to reject discount codes if we suspect involvement in any fraudulent activity.

Damaged Goods

In the event that you receive a damaged or broken bottle(s), you may contact us to declare your damaged or broken bottle(s). Refund requests must be communicated within 48 hours of receiving your damaged or broken bottle(s). Brancaster Drinks Limited will then send you a replacement bottle(s) of the same craft spirit. Brancaster Drinks Limited will not refund damaged or broken bottles. Brancaster Drinks Limited also reserves the right to dispute the claim to reception of a damaged or broken bottle(s).

The company’s logistics partners normally alert Brancaster Drinks Limited of any a broken bottle(s) before it is delivered. In this eventuality, Brancaster Drinks Limited will send you a new bottle(s) as quickly as possible.

Proprietary Rights

You agree that the content available on the Site is the property of Brancaster Drinks Limited or our partners and is protected by, trademark, copyright or other proprietary rights / laws. All of our Site's content is the property and copyright of Brancaster Drinks Limited. All rights reserved. Except as expressly set forth in these Terms, no license is granted to you and no rights are conveyed by virtue of accessing or using the Site.

Disclaimers

Brancaster Drinks Limited is not responsible if you are not able to gain access the Site in part or entirely because your internet connection, the performance of your ISP or any other event outside Brancaster Drinks Limited’s control.
