Rose Negroni Fizz

The Negroni is popularly believed to have been first mixed in Florence in the early 1900s for a Count Negroni, who wanted a stronger variant on his Americano. With the gin replacing soda alongside Campari and a sweet Vermouth, the Negroni was born.

In our cocktail, Bitter Bianco replaces Campari and Rose Vermouth is fresher and livelier than its dark red cousin.
