INGREDIENTS

Brancaster Gin (50ml)
Black pepper, freshly ground (2 pinches)
Celery salt (2 pinches)
1 lime wedge
Tomato juice (100ml)
Lemon juice (10ml)
Tabasco and Worcestershire sauce

Pour all the ingredients into a shaker with ice and shake until well-chilled. Strain into a large glass and garnish with a celery stalk and lime wedge
