Brancaster Gin is Arriving This Weekend!

We’re excited to announce that we are launching Brancaster Gin this weekend with events at the Brancaster Village Hall and The Gin Trap in Ringstead!

Brancaster Gin is based on the botanicals found on the marsh, golf course and sand dunes. 

With a copper still for recipe developing – just a 9-iron from the marshes – we have sourced our favourite botanicals on foraging trips on foot and in kayaks close to Brancaster Gin’s headquarters. 

The team have been up all night this week bottling the gin and sticking labels! We now think we have enough to start with….!
